A race night at King Abdulaziz Racecourse offers an exceptional experience at the heart of Saudi Arabian racing. Opened in 2003, the racecourse features modern facilities, landscaped surroundings, hospitality lounges and restaurants, along with close-up views of the racing action, creating a complete experience that combines excitement, hospitality and entertainment.
The 2026–2027 Riyadh Racing Season runs from 16 October 2026 to 17 April 2027, featuring 50 race days held on Fridays and Saturdays, with a programme of major local and international races and cups throughout the season.
Key highlights include the Crown Prince Cup on 27 November 2026, the Kings’ Weekend on 18 and 19 December 2026, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup on 8 January 2027, and The Saudi Cup on 5 and 6 February 2027, one of the world’s leading international racing events. The season also features the Founder’s Cups on 12 March 2027, another major highlight on the Riyadh racing calendar.
Race nights are complemented by a range of entertainment, cultural and family experiences, as well as diverse hospitality options, making King Abdulaziz Racecourse a destination for both racing enthusiasts and visitors.
